We believe food is at the heart of a happy, healthy nursery — and every child deserves meals that are delicious, nutritious, and full of variety. That’s why all our meals are freshly prepared on-site every day.
We understand that food is a vital part of your child’s development, not just nutritionally but socially. At ECCC children are encouraged to eat together and alongside our staff team from a young age. This is a key ingredient in their social development.
We believe in variety, balance, and catering to every child’s needs. That means:
- Vegetarian, pescatarian, and vegan options are available
- Special dietary requirements (e.g. allergies, medical needs) can be accommodated
Our chef Ro is passionate about using fresh ingredients and introducing new exciting foods to your children. We always welcome feedback and suggestions on the menu and love hearing what your children think.
Our Menu Approach
- Six-week rotating menus, which shift with the seasons
- Regular seasonal reviews to keep meals fresh and exciting
- A balance of flavours, textures, and nutrients
- Flexible options to accommodate allergies or dietary needs
For health and safety reasons we don’t allow any external food to be brought into the Centre (including packed lunches). We are also a nut-free setting.
We take allergies and special dietary needs very seriously. If your child requires an adapted meal plan, please speak to one of our team.
